Role & responsibilities

Assist in Employee Life Cycle Management: job posting; screening resumes, scheduling interviews, candidate communication. Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensure smooth documentation, induction. Support employee confirmation process. Assist in maintaining compliance related to labour laws, company HR policies, and internal audits. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. Support employee Offboarding

Preferred candidate profile

PG in HR or MSW or Business Administration or related field. Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance framework. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
