Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment team. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, candidate engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source and screen candidates through resumes, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/Excel sheets.
Support in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
Assist with onboarding activities (documentation, induction coordination).
Work on HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and other administrative tasks.
