Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth induction for new hires
  • Assist the HR team with daily operations and administrative tasks

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA with specialization in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about core HR functions
