Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR documents.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and practices.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of HR concepts and recruitment process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers or final-year students looking for HR exposure are welcome.
