Role Description

This is a Internship on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in daily HR tasks including recruitment, HR management, administration of HR policies, and coordination of employee benefits. The intern will also support personnel management activities and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience or knowledge in managing Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and providing administrative HR support
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Delhi, OH
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
