Role & responsibilities Learn and understand various Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance financial products . Assist in promoting and explaining product features to potential customers. Conduct field visits for customer outreach and lead generation. Support the team in executing sales strategies and achieving targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily field activities. Participate in regular review meetings and training session Training & Development Physical Training: 2 hours per day (mandatory). Exposure to practical learning through field work and client interactions. Gain insight into financial planning, insurance solutions, and market analysis.
