Role & responsibilities

• Learn and understand various

  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance financial products

  .
• Assist in promoting and explaining product features to potential customers.
  
• Conduct

  field visits

  for customer outreach and lead generation.
• Support the team in executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily field activities.
  
• Participate in regular review meetings and training session

Training & Development

• Physical Training:

  2 hours per day (mandatory).
• Exposure to practical learning through

  field work

  and client interactions.
• Gain insight into financial planning, insurance solutions, and market analysis.
  
• Hands-on experience in customer communication and sales operations.
