Role & responsibilities : Maintain employee records and HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Handle attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling. Manage HR documentation appointment letters, transfers, confirmations, etc. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements. Preferred candidate profile MBA
