The HR Operations will be responsible for managing and all HR processes across the employee lifecycle,
from HRMS to offboarding. This includes HRMS management, payroll management, compliance, HR policy
implementation, Employee relation and offboarding. The role ensures smooth operations while
maintaining compliance with labor laws and enhancing the employee experience.
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, PMS, employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems, ZOHO Preferred.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, Confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and Management
