Human Resource Generalist

• Handle Complete End to End Recruitment & HR Management.
• Identifying, Sourcing & Hiring IT ( .NET Software Developer, Mobile App Developer, Software Tester etc. ) & Non IT ( Sales, Marketing, etc ) candidates by using databases, social media, web portal, references, Educational Institutes etc.
• Conducting interviews including Telephonic / Personal etc. and filtering candidates for open positions & Manage end to end process for HR from Hiring to Exit.
• Preparing offer letter, Appointment letters, payroll, documentation etc. for candidates.
• Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
• Monitors the execution of well-planned induction & Training programs to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.
• Plan & organize weekly employee engagement activities, Maintain necessary KRA & KPA.
• Prepare & manage attendance of staff including salary processing with necessary leave management, attendance & taxations. ( Income tax, Provident Funds etc. )

Candidate Description :

• Required Female Candidate with excellent Communication skills, pleasing personality & good interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability in using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint ) with good command on Internet Hands on experience with social media, Portal recruiting, Hiring from educational institutes, references etc. Experience with HR related tools will be added advantage.
• Must have prior experience in recruiting IT Positions .NET Software developer, Mobile App developers, etc. & Non IT like business development managers, marketing, presales etc.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organizational and time management skills Effectively built relationship with candidates.
• Candidates must be based in Central Mumbai or Navi Mumbai till CBD Belapur Only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
