Human Resource Executive

Job Title: Human Resource Executive Location: Vritti Solutions Ltd., Ganpati Plaza, M.I. Road, Jaipur Job SummaryVritti Solutions Ltd. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR reporting, and ensuring high employee satisfaction across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout for various roles Coordinate and execute smooth employee onboarding and induction processes Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and support Drive employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture Assist in performance management processes and employee lifecycle management Ensure compliance with company HR policies and basic labor laws Prepare and share HR MIS reports (recruitment status, attrition, attendance, etc.) with management Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management Handle employee grievances and support resolution in coordination with management Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment techniques Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Problem-solving attitude with high confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role (freshers with HR internship experience may also apply) Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
