Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Executive Job Summary:The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and employees. 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. 3. Performance Management Assist in setting up and monitoring KPIs and performance review systems. Support managers in employee appraisal and feedback processes. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs. Maintain employee training records and monitor skill development. 5. Payroll & HR Administration Coordinate with finance/payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.). Prepare HR reports and analytics for management. 6. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Handle employee documentation, contracts, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 1 years of experience in HR or related roles. Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.). High level of integrity and confidentiality.
