Manage the complete employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, performance review, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Conduct orientation and training programs for doctors, nurses, technicians, support, and administrative staff.
Maintain attendance, leave, and personnel records; coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.
Support management in policy implementation and maintain compliance with HR and labor regulations.
Handle grievances, workplace discipline, and ensure a positive working climate within the hospital.
Female candidate preferred (as per hospital requirement).
Masters degree in HR or related field.
6 to 8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare HR preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. (English , Hindi and Telugu)
Ability to handle multi-department coordination and maintain confidentiality
