Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and recruit suitable candidates for various departments (sales, creative, logistics, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Design and execute smooth onboarding processes including orientation, documentation, and introduction to company policies and culture.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of all employee details, contracts, offer letters, NDAs, etc.
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts and probation reviews.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRIS system.

3. Policy Creation & Enforcement

  • Draft, implement, and enforce company policies and codes of conduct.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and issue warnings, termination letters, or notices in case of misconduct.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to data confidentiality and event-specific protocols.

4. Performance Management

  • Develop and manage a performance review system in collaboration with team leads.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Help set KPIs and track achievements, especially during busy event seasons.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs (event coordination, client handling, etc.) and organize internal or external training.
  • Organize workshops and team-building activities to boost employee morale and productivity.

6. Conflict Resolution & Employee Grievance Handling

  • Act as a mediator in case of internal conflicts among employees or between teams.
  • Provide a safe and confidential platform for employees to share concerns.
  • Work with management to resolve issues while maintaining company decorum.

7. Event-Time HR Support

  • Assign, track, and manage manpower for live events (freelancers, temporary staff, volunteers).
  • Handle on-ground HR logistics like staff attendance, food, stay (if applicable), and duty shifts.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments during high-pressure event execution.

8. Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF (if applicable), and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Draft and maintain employee legal agreements, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.

9. Culture & Engagement

  • Maintain a positive, energetic work culture aligned with the vibrant spirit of event management.
  • Celebrate team achievements, birthdays, festivals, and milestones to build a close-knit work environment.

10. Coordination with Management

  • Provide weekly/monthly HR updates to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing, reimbursements, and budget approvals.
  • Actively assist in strategic decisions like expansion, team restructuring, and organizational planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
