Job Title: Executive – Talent Acquisition / HR Executive
Function/Department: Human Resources
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Reporting To: Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (West Zone)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities and assist HR operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements from business heads and hiring managers
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements and competencies
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
  • Manage recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities with HR Operations
  • Share daily/weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with management
  • Maintain and organize candidate database and recruitment documentation
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

Education Qualification

  • Master’s Degree preferred – MBA (HR) / MSW

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry

HR, Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, or any organization with structured HR processes
