Human Resource Executive (HR)

As an HR Executive at Cognitionteam, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to support the organization's growth and employee engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role. - Strong understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms). - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Nice to have qualifications include: - Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams. - Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in India. - Exposure to IT or SaaS company work culture. - Ability to create HR reports, manage internal communications, and assist with policy implementation. - Basic knowledge of performance review processes and employee retention strategies.
