Human Resource Executive (HR)

• 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role
• Strong understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Experience coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR activities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  

• Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in India
• Exposure to IT or SaaS company work culture
• Ability to create HR reports, manage internal communications, and assist with policy implementation
• Basic knowledge of performance review processes and employee retention strategies
  

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, documents, and databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operations and employee needs
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Support HR audits, exit formalities, and feedback processes
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
