Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives across sites.

Operational HR Support

• Act as the first point of contact for HR issues within facility operations.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Talent Management

• Partner with recruitment to attract and onboard talent across technical, administrative, and custodial roles.
• Support training and development programs tailored for operational and frontline staff.
• Facilitate performance management processes and individual development plans.

Compliance & HR Processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports (attendance, absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
• Drive adherence to HR processes including leave management, payroll inputs, contract renewals, etc.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Foster a positive work environment through regular site visits, employee feedback sessions, and open communication.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, welfare activities, and engagement surveys.
