Preferred candidate profile : Education Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate in Human Resource Management Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in blue-collar manpower management. Strong communication skills in English and a Regional language. Proficient in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
