Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure a strong employer branding strategy to attract best talent.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Manage compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and enforce HR policies, processes, and SLAs to streamline operations.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively.
Work closely with management to drive organizational development and workforce planning.
Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Required qualifications & skills:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in human resources, MBA or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience or in any leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in HR digital tools and systems is a plus.
Proactive and innovative mindset to drive HR best practices and improvements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle
