Mern Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities.

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and contribute to mobile apps using React Native when required.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and resolving issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned features and ensure timely delivery.

• Key Skills & Requirements .

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack with exposure to React Native development.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, and modern UI libraries.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with front-end and mobile applications. Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Azure Repos. Exposure to CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
