Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with stockholders, product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve design effectiveness.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas and flows.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI & UX design.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing UI & UX design work.
Strong expertise in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq or similar).
Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, spacing, grid systems and layout.)
Experience with prototyping and wireframing (low to high fidelity).
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design decisions.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to analyze user needs and create user-centric design solutions.
Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum project development environments
