At Trium Designs, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Human Resource Associate to join our team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have up to 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, this is your chance to contribute to a growing creative environment while learning the ropes of people management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process — from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and help new employees integrate smoothly into the team.
• Support HR functions such as performance reviews, attendance tracking, and policy enforcement.
• Help plan and organize internal events, team activities, and training programs.
• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, or leaves.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory HR practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a healthy and productive work culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or internships in related functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A friendly, approachable attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Familiarity with HR software or tools (like Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
