Whether you are a recent graduate or have up to 12 years of experience in Human Resources, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while developing your skills in people management, recruitment, and employee engagement. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate orientation sessions to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the team. - Support HR functions such as performance reviews, attendance tracking, and policy enforcement. - Help plan and organize internal events, team activities, and training programs to promote employee engagement. - Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory HR practices to maintain a healthy work environment. - Collaborate with various departments to foster a productive and positive work culture. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - 2 years of relevant experience in HR or internships in related functions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Friendly, approachable attitude with good interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Familiarity with HR software or tools (like Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) is a plus. - Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
