Role Overview:

The HR & Admin Officer will support day-to-day HR operations, administrative coordination, and task tracking. The role involves managing HR documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups on assigned tasks using Microsoft Planner.

This is a fully remote/work-from-home role, ideal for female candidates with 1 or 1+ year experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or admin support who are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration:

  • Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appraisal letters, and employee records
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR trackers
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
  • Support employee onboarding and exit documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal HR-related coordination and queries

Task Planning & Coordination:

  • Use Microsoft Planner to manage, track, and monitor tasks assigned to team members
  • Ensure tasks are followed up and completed within defined timelines
  • Share regular status updates, reminders, and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain clarity on deadlines and priorities(Task planning structure and

    training will be provided

    ; task creation not required initially)

Reporting & Administrative Support:

  • Prepare basic reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Maintain organised digital records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to management as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, admin support, or similar roles
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn tools like Microsoft Planner (training will be provided)
  • Female candidates preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: 20,000 to 25,000
