Core HR Knowledge

  1. Proficient in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  2. Experience in onboarding and offboarding formalities
  3. Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation
  4. Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
  5. Familiarity with performance management systems (PMS)
  6. Capable in employee relations and grievance handling
  7. Skilled in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)


Communication Skills

  1. Strong verbal and written communication
  2. Demonstrated ability in active listening and clarifying expectations
  3. Proficient in conflict resolution and sensitive conversations
  4. Able to conduct interviews with professionalism and clarity
  5. Experienced in drafting HR policies, memos, and formal communication

  1. Empathetic in understanding and addressing employee concerns
  2. Builds trust and rapport with both employees and leadership
  3. Skilled in negotiation and influencing outcomes
