Workday Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize

  Workday HCM modules

  including

  Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking

• Gather, analyze, and translate

  business requirements

  into effective Workday solutions
• Design, configure, and test

  business processes, security roles, and data validations

• Provide functional support for

  Workday integrations

  (EIB, Core Connectors; Studio – coordination level)
• Develop and maintain

  Workday reports and dashboards

  (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Perform

  unit testing, regression testing, and UAT

  ; support Workday releases
• Troubleshoot

  production and post-production issues

  and ensure timely resolution
• Support

  data loads, audits, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate with

  HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors

• Maintain

  configuration workbooks, SOPs, and functional documentation

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Workday HCM configuration

• Expertise in

  Core HCM, BPF, and Workday Security

• Solid understanding of

  HR business processes

• Experience with

  Workday reporting

• Basic understanding of

  Workday integrations and data flows

• Strong

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have

• Workday HCM certification(s)

• Experience with

  Workday releases and feature adoption

• Exposure to

  Payroll, Benefits, or Talent modules

• Experience in

  multi-country or large-scale Workday environments
