Human Capital Consultant

As a HCM Techno Functional Analyst specializing in Oracle Fusion, your role will involve configuring and supporting Core HR, Learning Management, and Performance Management modules within Oracle Fusion. You will also collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, develop and maintain HR reports and analytics, ensure data integrity through regular audits, and provide functional expertise and troubleshooting for HR systems globally. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support Core HR, Learning Management, and Performance Management modules in Oracle Fusion, or Compensation and Benefits, or ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud). - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions. - Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to support decision-making. - Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits. - Support ongoing system projects, enhancements, and functional process improvements. - Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting for HR systems globally. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Science or related field. - Minimum 3 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion. - Knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data setup, and multi-geo configuration. - Experience in report development and analytics. - Additional experience in Core HR module is a plus.,
