Role Overview: As an experienced HCM consultant with 10 to 15+ years of experience, your role will involve providing expert guidance and support to clients in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM). You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their digital transformation journey by driving innovative ways of working with HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding clients" strategic business needs and objectives, and assisting them in selecting and implementing the most appropriate HCM solutions - Designing and delivering future-ready HCM solutions to optimize HR functions and enhance employee experiences - Collaborating with technical functional leads to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements through working sessions with clients - Proposing appropriate solutions and realizations to support clients in their transformation journey - Building expertise in specific industries and presenting the value of HCM solutions to customers in those industries - Using your subject matter expertise to drive sales by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives through client workshops and process mapping exercises - Identifying improvement opportunities to achieve clients" desired business outcomes and implementing requirements in the proposed HCM solution - Demonstrating configurations through prototyping and supporting pre-sale and sales activities Qualifications Required: - Successfully completed end-to-end HCM implementations - Experience in multiple HCM functional areas - Superior communication skills - Ability and willingness to travel - Proven track record in consulting and/or project management - Ability to build strong relationships with clients,
