Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional specifications. Act as a trusted advisor for process improvements and system enhancements. Solution Design & Functional Configuration: Design scalable, future-ready solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals. Configure functional components in Compensation & Benefits, including eligibility profiles, plan design, payroll integration, and self-service features. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scenarios, validate configurations, and ensure data accuracy and system integrity during user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing. Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions and support onboarding of HR users. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR, business, and technical teams. Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly and proactively to leadership and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with payroll integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and HCM security frameworks is a plus.
