Role Overview:

The Consultant will lead and contribute to the design and delivery of strategic HR projects across multiple domains. With 46 years of experience, the role demands strong consulting acumen, client engagement skills, and the ability to manage project workstreams independently. The Consultant will play a key role in translating client needs into actionable solutions, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to thought leadership through white papers and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    project workstreams across domains such as organizational design, performance management, rewards, and talent development.
  • Manage

    client relationships and ensure alignment between project deliverables and client expectations.
  • Design

    frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to client contexts and strategic goals.
  • Conduct

    diagnostic assessments, surveys, and benchmarking studies to inform solution design.
  • Develop

    high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor

    junior consultants and analysts, providing guidance on project execution and professional development.
  • Collaborate

    with internal teams to integrate insights across disciplines and ensure cohesive solutions.
  • Contribute

    to white papers, research initiatives, and internal capability building.
  • Support

    business development through proposal creation, client pitches, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure

    compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client confidentiality.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR,Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or talent strategy
  • Proven experience in managing client engagements and delivering strategic HR solutions
