Human Capital Consultant

As a Workday HCM functional consultant with 5+ years of experience in ERP platforms, you should have a proven track record of delivering successful projects at the enterprise level. Your familiarity with Workday is preferred, but experience with other platforms like Peoplesoft, Lawson, SAP, etc., will also be a plus. Possessing Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification is preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of business process optimization and operational support tasks. - Showcase extensive knowledge in at least 3 HCM regulatory areas, including: - Wage Theft Prevention & Local Labor Laws, especially in a global Workday configuration. - HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) if Workday is utilized for benefits or healthcare-related data. - GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for EU data subjects, ensuring proper handling of personal data within Workday. - Access & Role-Based Security (SOX) in the Workday security model, encompassing domains, business process security policies, and segregation of duties. - Handle sensitive data responsibly to maintain data integrity and security. - Utilize experience with agile methodologies and SDLC tools such as Jira, ADO, etc. - Demonstrate willingness to teach and mentor team members while fostering excellence within the team. - Exercise exceptional judgment in balancing short-term versus long-term business needs. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, being a valuable team player.
