Job Description

Our client, a global technology company with a vast workforce spanning 60 countries and exceeding 200,000 employees, specializes in offering a diverse array of technology services such as engineering, cloud solutions, AI innovations, digital transformation, R&D, and software solutions. In recent years, the company has been actively establishing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) Practice, aiming to further expand its presence in the APAC and Middle East regions. To facilitate this growth trajectory, they are currently in search of a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing the employee lifecycle, ideally from a Big 4 consulting firm or a similar environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about assuming a sales-oriented role to propel the growth of this dynamic practice. The role, initially structured as a 6-month contract, holds the potential for transition into a permanent position based on mutual agreement between the parties involved. Responsibilities of the Role: - Identify, target, and engage potential clients seeking HCM consulting and advisory services through diligent research, networking, and prospecting efforts. - Develop and execute strategies to position the HCM practice as the preferred partner of choice. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to grasp client challenges and propose customized HCM solutions. - Deliver impactful presentations, serving as a trusted HR advisor and guide for clients. - Share HR best practices and offer value to customers from an unbiased perspective. - Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. - Monitor and report on engagement activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. - Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications & Experience: - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM consulting or advisory roles. - Demonstrate substantial expertise in employee lifecycle management, preferably acquired in a Big 4 consulting firm or a comparable setting. - Exhibit a deep understanding of HCM solutions and industry best practices. - Showcase exceptional communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and relationship-building competencies. - Ability to work autonomously and effectively juggle multiple priorities. - Showcase a strong enthusiasm for business development and contribute to sales growth (prior sales experience not mandatory).,
