Job Description

Senior DevOps Engineer

Exp- 5 +years (Relevant 4 years must)

Location- TVM/cochi

Notice period- Immediate only

Budget- Max 12lpa

Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable AWS cloud

infrastructure.

Collaborate with development teams to establish robust CI/CD pipelines,

including version control, build, testing, and deployment automation.

Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and

automate cloud resource provisioning.

Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to build and manage containerized application

environments.

Continuously monitor cloud environments, proactively identifying and

resolving issues related to performance, availability, and scalability.

Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot incidents, improve

system reliability, and enhance operational processes.

Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements

across all infrastructure and application components.

Automate configuration management and operational workflows using tools

like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Troubleshoot, identify, and fix problems in the DevSecOps domain.
Ensure incident tracking tools are updated in accordance with established

norms and processes, gather all essential data and document any discoveriesand concerns.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud-focused

environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications,
and relevant work experience.Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

Mandatory expertise in AWS – candidates must have strong hands-on

experience with AWS services and architecture.

Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP is a plus.
Proven expertise in containerisation and orchestration technologies, including

Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using tools

such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform,

GitHub.

Proficient in Git and GitHub workflows for version control and collaboration.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in cloud-native environments.
Comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of DevSecOps toolkits,

including Ansible, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck, SonarQube, Snyk .

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, ELK

Stack, CloudTrail, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and infrastructure
monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix.

Experience working in Agile development environments and across all phases

of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards
Familiarity with API Security, Container Security, AWS Cloud Security
To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
