Job Description

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Morgan Stanley, you will be responsible for providing direction and support regarding various HR functions such as policies, performance management, compensation, talent management, and HR initiatives. You will be part of the Human Capital Management division, offering solution advice to key stakeholders and ensuring efficient delivery of employee services with minimal operational risk. **Role Overview:** You will act as an internal consultant to all levels of management, supporting the resolution of HR issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution. Additionally, you will engage with employees across Business Units to monitor employee engagement proactively and identify risks. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing business data to facilitate better decision-making and collaborating with various HR teams to execute on their objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as an internal consultant to support resolution of HR issues - Monitor employee engagement levels and pre-empt risks - Review and analyze business data to identify trends - Collaborate with various HR teams to execute on objectives - Support change management and transformational initiatives - Participate in cross-functional teams for HR initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar industry - Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills - Strong team player with the ability to take ownership - Comfortable with advisory and transactional interactions - Ability to work with structures and navigate ambiguity - Sound judgment on confidential matters - Adaptable and creative approach to problem-solving - Results-driven with a strong global mindset - Customer service focused with a sense of urgency - HR Business Partner experience in Banking and Financial Services preferred At Morgan Stanley, you can expect a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence and service.
