HRBP / Business Partner

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with 10+ years of progressive HR experience to join our dynamic team. As a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve employee engagement. Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or strategic HR role. Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization is a plus.
