Job Description

1. Factory HR Management

Lead end-to-end HR operations for the plant including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
Partner with factory leadership to implement HR strategies that improve productivity, workforce stability, and shop floor morale.
Manage time & attendance, payroll inputs, shift planning, and grievance handling.
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, etc.) and manage liaison with local authorities.
Drive safety, health, and environment (SHE) awareness in collaboration with EHS teams.

2. Sales HR Business Partnering

Partner with sales teams to understand business needs and design HR solutions for the field force.
Support manpower planning, hiring, and capability building of the sales team.
Implement performance management, succession planning, and engagement frameworks across sales territories.
Manage end-to-end life cycle of off-roll and on-roll sales staff, ensuring retention and motivation of frontline employees.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the commercial teams.

3. Strategic HR Projects

Actively contribute to HR transformation projects including digitization, talent pipeline, employee engagement and capability development
