Role Overview

HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Drive

  end-to-end technical recruitment

  (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Manage

  payroll processing

  including salary disbursement, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with

  PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements

  .
• Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and support leadership in building a strong people-first culture.

Administration:

• Oversee office administration including vendor management, facilities, and procurement.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication and operational support across teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HR & Admin experience

  , preferably in startups or target-oriented IT/tech companies.
• Proven expertise in

  technical recruitment and payroll management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  PF, ESI, labor laws, and statutory compliances

  .
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, payroll software, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a

  fast-paced, high-growth environment
