Mobile UI Automation Tester

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst with strong experience in mobile UI automation

testing to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile applications built

using React Native and Expo. Familiarity with TypeScript is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile UI automation test suites.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and

identify test scenarios.

Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple devices and platforms (iOS,

Android).

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
• Drive regression testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure consistent app behavior with performance and usability in mind.
• Analyze test results and improve test coverage and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in mobile application testing, including UI automation.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks like, Appium, or similar.
• Experience working with React Native and Expo apps.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and preferably TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Git, CI tools and test reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of mobile testing practices, UX, and responsive design validation.

Good to Have.

Experience with performance and load testing on mobile.

Familiarity with tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.

Exposure to TDD/BDD practices.

Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend testing.
