Key Responsibilities Administration Manage day-to-day ServiceNow operations, including user access, roles, and permissions. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs. Knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules. ServiceNow System Administrator certification required. ServiceNow Application Developer certification preferred. Desired Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
