Generative AI Solutions Developer

## Role Overview

Lead our company's AI transformation by building GenAI solutions and guiding our organization from AI curiosity to operational implementation.

## Key Responsibilities

- Build end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows

- Translate business requirements into AI solutions that enhance productivity

- Integrate AI technologies into existing business processes and systems

- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI implementations

- Drive innovation through research and experimentation with emerging AI tools

## Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in Software Development/Machine Learning

- 2+ years hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs

- Strong Python programming and AI/ML frameworks

- Experience with:

 - RAG implementations and vector databases

 - Training/fine-tuning LLMs

 - API development and system integration

 - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Expertise in AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure AI)

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

- Strategic thinking with focus on business value and ROI

## Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge Graphs understanding

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or enterprise AI tools

- MLOps and AI governance experience
