Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic environment supporting HR process transformation client engagements across geographies. Your role will involve working on various projects related to HR function, delivery of HR services, and technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting HR process redesign & process improvement - Enhancing overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology - Conducting HR benchmarking and research - Proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement, culture, and change diagnostics - Proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing - Understanding of survey tools including Qualtrics - Preparing proposals, client reports, and presentations - Communications with onshore stakeholders using different media - Taking ownership of deliverables, managing client relationships - Supporting capability building and identifying areas for support to other member firms - Predicting future HRT needs and anticipating strategic opportunities - Communicating HRT recommendations and presenting ideas effectively - Embracing a culture of innovation and applying creative thinking - Responsibility to contribute to building the project pipeline - Taking responsibility for a skill set/technical area and creating opportunities for generating additional revenue Qualifications required for this role include familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue, and Survey designing tools. Additionally, experience in organizational development & design, project/change management, stakeholder management, communication skills, presentation skills, organizational skills, learning mindset, and self-motivation are essential. Additional Requirements: - Experience working with US/UK and multi-geo clients is an added advantage - Seeking regular feedback to improve performance - Acting in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating business challenges and proposed solutions Please note that the location of this role is in Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode), and the required experience is 4 to 9 years. The education requirement is a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university.,
