As a Change Management Specialist proficient in Salesforce.com with a Prosci certification, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of change initiatives within our organization. With a technology or digital transformation background and a minimum of 6 to 7 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically in change management and instructional design, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Salesforce.com technology and facilitating organizational change.
