Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Tech Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Tech Intern, you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems, tools, and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR technology and contribute to the development of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR System Administration:
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of our HR systems, including HRIS, performance management, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • System Configuration and Testing:
  • Assist in configuring and testing new HR systems, tools, and features.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to track HR performance and progress.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and training to HR team members and employees on HR systems and tools.
  • Develop user guides, tutorials, and other documentation to facilitate system adoption and usage.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in HR technology-related projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.
  • Research and Recommendations:
  • Research and recommend new HR technologies, tools, and trends to enhance our HR function.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in HR tech.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in HR, IT, or a related field is an asset.
  • Internship or co-op experience in HR tech is a plus.
