Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Support HR operations and assist in onboarding activities.

Preferred candidate profile

0- 2 years of experience
(Internship experience in Talent Acquisition preferred).
Good understanding of
recruitment cycle
and job portals, especially
Naukri
.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners
preferred.

Salary 15k- 18k per month based on experience
