Role Overview Drive the organization’s learning and talent agenda by designing and delivering innovative programs, managing teams and vendors, and leveraging digital tools to build future-ready capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement learning strategy aligned with business goals. Lead end-to-end L&D programs: onboarding, functional, leadership, and behavioral. Manage offshore teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
