Role Overview

Drive the organizations learning and talent agenda by designing and delivering innovative programs, managing teams and vendors, and leveraging digital tools to build future-ready capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end L&D programs: onboarding, functional, leadership, and behavioral.
• Manage offshore teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and learning technologies (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning).
• Introduce AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to enhance learning experience.
• Monitor effectiveness of programs through data, analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive leadership development, talent readiness, and a strong learning culture.
• Administer and optimize enterprise LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in HR, L&D, or Business Administration.
• Strong background in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and drive global learning initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-based learning platforms and enterprise HR systems.
