HR Specialist (Female)

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include promoting positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving issues efficiently. You will lead the recruitment and selection process, support talent development, engagement, and retention strategies, and oversee the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures. You should have a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is mandatory for this position.
