Job Description

About Us:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions as per business needs.
Source potential candidates from multiple platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Foundit, and social media).
Draft and send engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
Post and manage job advertisements across career pages, social media, and job boards.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Share offer letters/emails and clarify queries regarding compensation & benefits.
Track and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment drives.
Collaborate with managers to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
Assist with on boarding and act as a consultant to new hires.

Requirements:

Masters degree in HR/Management or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (wellness/healthcare industry preferred).
Proficient in job portals, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
