2. Source and identify suitable internal candidates based on skills, experience, and performance.
3. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews between employees and hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate records of internal applications, interviews, and selection outcomes.
5. Ensure internal hiring processes follow company policies, fairness, and transparency.
6. Communicate updates, feedback, and final decisions to all internal applicants.
7. Work closely with HR and department heads to understand manpower needs.
8. Prepare weekly recruitment reports and track internal hiring metrics.
9. support internal mobility, promotions, and career development initiatives.
10. Continuously improve internal recruitment processes for better efficiency.
